Cecil is a former Chief and a charter member.   BOBBY MOORE RECEIVES LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD Chief Jody Mayberry presents Life Member Bobby Moore with the 2008 Lifetime Achievement Award. Bobby, who is a three-time former Chief has been a member of the department since 1966.   CHARLIE MARTIN RECEIVES LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD Chief Jody Mayberry along with Tom Shupe present life member Charlie Martin with the 2008 Lifetime Achievement Award.
